送餐結束後，
我再次經過她旁邊，
正要去前面拿表格，
她又攔住了我，
"Miss, how long does it take to Vietnam？I was wondering if you can help me to fill the form now? "
我感覺到她有點著急，
"Yes, I'm on my way to take the form for you. Just one moment please. "

我走到前面才發現，
現在已經取消填表格了，
於是我快速走回她身邊，
"Madam, there is no need to fill any forms now, so don't worry."
她抓住我的手，
"I see. Thank you so much, Miss."
我發現她的手很冰，
"Your hand is cold, do you need a blanket or hot water?"
她看著我，
"That will be great!"

我拿了毛毯和溫開水走到她面前，
將毯子攤開來蓋在她大腿上，
將暖暖的溫水杯交到她顫抖的雙手，

然後我蹲了下來，
"Where are you from?"
婆婆"I'm from America."
我"Are you travel alone?"
婆婆"Yes."
我"Are you going to visit your family in Vietnam?"
婆婆"No. I'm gonna attend an overseas adventure group to explore the world."
我"Wow~ that sounds pretty exciting."

閒聊了一會兒，
才知道她參加了一個海外旅遊團體，
團員都和她一樣高齡，
他們從世界各地來，
一起探索東南亞各個國家，
實現旅遊的夢想。

聊著聊著，
我說"I can tell you are a very open-minded person. You respect and accept all different kind of cultures."
她告訴我，
"Well, I'm a Buddhist, and I like Zen. Actually I attend a Buddhist class in my hometown."
學習佛法和禪讓她變得更圓融，
待人處事也更謙卑，
我驚訝了一會兒，
因為很少遇到信仰佛教的外國人，
此時機長廣播要準備下降，
我和她解釋我得去忙了。

回到廚房我想了想，
很想送給她點什麼紀念品，
於是我衝去前面要了一雙封套印有中文書法的筷子，
偷偷查了她的名字，
拿了一張飛機上的明信片留了一段話給她，
"Dear Diane,
This is Miranda from your flight CI-791. It's really nice to meet and talk to you. I hope you enjoy your trip in Southeast Asia. Please come visit Taiwan in the near future, you will love it. 
Sincerely, Miranda" 

我踏著雀躍的步伐，
趁還沒要就定位前，
快速拿著裝有筷子、明信片的袋子去找她，
"Diane, this is for you." 
她迷惑的看著我，
"Oh, what's this?"
我跟她說，
我沒有什麼很貴重的禮物可以給妳，
但這是印有中文書法字很有禪意的chopsticks.，
希望她喜歡。

她喜出望外的抱住我，
"Oh my god. I use chopsticks all the time, I always go to Asian restaurants in America. I love it! I love it! Thank you so much, Miranda."

和她最後道別前，
她又再次抱緊我，
親了我一下。

那天，
是我飛行生涯最快樂的一天，
也是印象最深刻的航班。
